Nuraliyev Shohruh Shavkat o'g'li

Mr. Sh. Nuraliyev received his education at Tashkent State University of Law, Sungkyunkwan University in Korea, and the prestigious University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
 
Throughout his career, he has successfully held a number of important and responsible positions. In particular, he has served in senior roles at the Ministry of Justice and the Agency for the Development of Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; headed a component of the joint project between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan; was a Master’s student at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford; a researcher at the Oxford Martin Institute’s Artificial Intelligence Governance Project; and Head of the Department for Work with Talented Youth and Professionals at the “El-Yurt Umidi” Foundation for Training Promising Personnel.
 
Mr. Nuraliyev possesses extensive experience in the fields of public administration, jurisprudence, politics, and education. His numerous scholarly articles have been published in national and prestigious international academic journals.

Eshmurodov Akbar Tolliboyevich

Mr. A. Eshmurodov received his education at the National University of Uzbekistan and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
 
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Political Science.Throughout his professional career, he has effectively served in a number of important and responsible positions. In particular, he has worked as Head of Department at the Central Council of the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish,” Director of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Head of Department at the Center for the Development of Higher Education under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
 
Mr. Eshmurodov possesses extensive experience in the fields of public administration, politics, education, and upbringing. His numerous scientific articles have been published in national and prestigious international academic journals.

Mr. Sh. Nematov graduated from Bukhara State University.
 
Throughout his professional career, he has effectively served in a number of important and responsible positions. In particular, he has held senior roles at the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; served as Deputy Director for Research at the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbekistan; Vice-Rector for Spiritual-Educational and Scientific Affairs at the Tashkent Regional Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Public Education Staff; as well as Head of the Department for the Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel and Academic Secretary at the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Directors and Specialists of Preschool Educational Institutions.Mr. Nematov possesses extensive experience in educational management, pedagogy, and psychology.
 
He is the author of numerous textbooks, monographs, and methodological manuals. More than 100 of his scientific articles have been published in national and reputable international academic journals.

Askarov Abror Davlatmirzayevich

​​​​​​A.Askarov studied at Namangan State University (1992–1997, Mathematics), the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2017, Management), and the Kori Niyazi Research Institute (2014–2016).

Throughout his career, he has worked as a teacher of mathematics and computer science in schools of the Namangan district, a methodologist, deputy head of the district Department of Public Education, leading and chief specialist, head of department at the Ministry, head of the Academic Affairs Department, director of the Center for the Development of Distance Learning at the Avloni Institute for Advanced Teacher Training, head of department and dean of the faculty at the National University of Uzbekistan, head of department at Termez State University, and Vice-Rector of the Tashkent TMC Institute.

He has enhanced his professional qualifications and experience in South Korea (Seoul, ICT), Germany (Berlin, ICT), Greece (Patras, Education), the Philippines (Manila, Pacific and Asian Studies), Russia (Kazan, Quality of Education), Finland (Jyväskylä, Education Management), and China (Guiyang, Education).

He holds the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (DSc, 13.00.07 – Management in Education), the academic title of Associate Professor, and is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including 6 textbooks, 3 monographs, and articles published in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, as well as several certificates for electronic educational products.

  • Organizing financial activities and ensuring the training of qualified specialists in accordance with state educational standards;

  • Ensuring the implementation of orders, directives, and instructions issued by relevant higher authorities, as well as decisions of the University Council and orders of the Rector related to financial and economic processes;

  • Developing strategies for the efficient use of classrooms, and improving the technical equipment and provision of materials, tools, and supplies for departments, classrooms, laboratories, administrative and cultural facilities, and other structural units of the institution;

  • Overseeing the maintenance and proper sanitary-hygienic conditions of university facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, dormitories, sports facilities, canteens, and cafeterias, as well as organizing construction, capital repairs, and ongoing maintenance works.
