With the advent of the autumn-winter season, ensuring the safety of natural and man-made disasters becomes a more urgent issue. In order to draw students' attention to these issues and prevent emergency situations, an event was organized at the Renaissance University of Education with the participation of industry experts.

At the event, the causes of fire, ways to prevent unpleasant situations such as carbon monoxide poisoning were explained by senior lieutenant Hojiakbar Saidaliyev, an employee of the Emergency Situations Department of Shaikhontohur district, using real life examples.

Addressing the gathered students, the MOES employee called on them to be alert and said that if the above-mentioned situations appear, they should immediately call the short numbers 101 and 1050. While drawing on his general conclusions about the occurrence of fires, he noted that most of them are caused by people's indifference, malfunction of equipment, non-compliance with fire safety rules.

Also, during the dialogue, explanatory work was carried out on measures to be taken in case of fire - correct use of primary fire extinguishing means.
