Assalamu alaikum, dear mothers - the joy of our lives, the angels of grace, dear sisters and lovely girls!
Today, I sincerely congratulate you, dear ones, on the occasion of March 8 - International Women's Day, which is being widely celebrated, and wish you good health, prosperity, happiness, joy and happiness in your families, and new victories in your honorable endeavors.
Dear colleagues, dear students!
On this glorious day, we all bow to our mothers who gave us birth, raised us with white milk, love and education, and prayed for our future to be great. After all, glorifying human dignity begins, first of all, with glorifying our dear and honorable mothers, our women.
In this sense, we remember the words of our grandfather Alisher Navoi: “If you want to enjoy the garden of Paradise, first of all, please your mother.”
We cannot imagine the meaning of our life without our mothers, our dear sisters. You have always been a symbol of beauty and tenderness, love and loyalty, contentment and gratitude for us. With such noble qualities, you have always given us strength and energy, faith in life and the future, and it is worth paying tribute to you.
The desire for knowledge and education among women in our republic has changed radically. The resolute desire of our daughters, who are the educators of our families, to receive higher education and master modern professions and technologies, as well as foreign languages, indicates the greatness of our future.
Currently, more than half of the students studying in universities, that is, 52%, are girls. It is gratifying that the share of girls among our young people studying in the master's program exceeds 60%.The role of our women in further improving the pedagogical, scientific and educational system at our university and adapting it to world standards is incomparable. In our activities in this area, 57% of the university staff are women.
The intellectual potential of our girls and sisters working at the university is very high, and if we create appropriate conditions and opportunities for them, they are capable of achieving any high goal. As a practical expression of this, it can be recognized that in the last two years, 21 of our women have received the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in their fields and the scientific titles of professor and associate professor.
Of course, along with family chores and raising children, we pay special attention to properly appreciating the work of our sisters who selflessly serve at our university.
”Dear and noble mothers, charming sisters, beautiful girls! Happy International Women's Day, March 8, a symbol of elegant spring love, beauty and kindness!
